HOW MUCH TO PAY?

Some 2024 & 2025 payments (including from Bill Pay or ClickPay)  were not drawn from your bank accounts by the previous property management.  Please review your bank statements from Nov. 2024 to the present.  To help you calculate how much to pay, scroll down to section 5, "2025 & 2024 Monthly Payments per Unit".  Remember to add the $85 assessment fee (one-time before Dec. 31, if you have not yet paid it) - see section 6.

Bldg #: Substitute XX by your building number; if yours has only 1 digit, add a 0 before it, so XX has 2 digits. Example: XX for Bldg. 1 becomes 01.

Unit #: Substitute your Apartment Number in YYY. Example: YYY for Apt. No. 123 is 123

Example: The Account Number for Bldg. 1 Apt. No. 123 would be RPP01123

Paying by Check or Money Order:  

Please ensure to write your RPPXXYYY account number on it. 

If you will be bringing it to the Club House, take a photo of it before putting it in the box marked "DROP BOX" (on the wall, near the door).

Checks: Later review your bank account that the check has been cashed by RPP.  This works as your receipt. 

Money Orders or Checks: If you prefer a receipt from someone, please come in on working hours.  Refer to the schedule.  Thanks.

Pago con cheque o giro postal (money order): 

Por favor, asegúrese de escribir su número de cuenta RPPXXYYY en él.

This $85 charge must be paid before December 31, 2025 EITHER as a one-time payment OR you can divide it into several payments monthly until the $85 have been paid.
